中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓30例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法 30例扁平苔藓患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15例,实验组采用局部注射曲安奈德治疗,配合中草药汤剂治疗,对照组采用局部注射曲安奈德治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组有效率为94%,对照组有效率为68%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗口腔扁平苔藓效果满意,值得推广。Objective To study the treatment of oral lichen planus by combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods 30 patient suffered from OLP were divided into a test group（n=15） and a control group（n=15） randomly.The cases in two groups were submucously injected with Triancinolone acetonide.The cases in test group were combined with Chinese herbal medicine.The therapeutic effect was evaluated and analyzed statistically.Results The improvement rate of the test and control group were 94% and 68% respectively（P0.05）.Conclusions The therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine has good effect and worthy promotion in OLP.
