摘　　要：目的　　探讨慢性肺原性心脏病 (肺心病 )病人血清胰岛素样生长因子 - 1(IGF- 1)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析法检测受试者血清 IGF- 1浓度。结果　肺心病组IGF- 1水平 (P2 5 45 .99、M 6 2 .16、P75 10 6 .0 5 ng/ ml)显著低于对照组 (P2 5 99.12、M 148.0 5、P752 30 .16 ng/ ml) ,(P <0 .0 0 1)。肺心病组血清 IGF- 1水平与其病程、动脉血气和肝功能主要指标均无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　慢性肺心病病人血清 IGF- 1水平明显低于正常人 ,其原因可能是多因素所致。Objective To study the clinical significance of the serum insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1) level in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods The levels of serum IGF 1 in the patients were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of serum IGF 1 in the patients were significantly lower than those in normal controls(P<0.001).Conclusion Level of serum IGF 1 in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease is significantly lower than that in normal subjects,though its significance remains to be studied.
