摘 要:研究了二甘醇双(α-磺酸钠)烷基羧酸酯(DMES-n)、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯(BS-12)两类表面活性剂与原油的界面张力,并考察了表面活性剂的耐温抗盐性。实验结果表明,DMES-n能将油水界面张力降低至10-2mN/m数量级,但是抗盐性不如BS-12;将两者复配后,在NaCl浓度为30 000~100 000 mg/L、MgCl2和CaCl2浓度为10 000 mg/L的条件下,DMES-14/BS-12和DMES-16/BS-12复配体系都能将油水界面张力降低至10-3mN/m数量级,表明复配体系既具有更好的降低界面张力的能力,同时还具有良好的抗高盐、高钙镁性能以及良好的耐温性。The interfacial tensions between crude oil and two kinds of surfactants,diethylene glycol di(α-sodium sulfonate) alkyl carboxylic ester surfactants(DMES-n),N-dodecyl-N,N-dimethyl glycine(BS-12),had been investigated as well as the temperature tolerance and salt resistance of the surfactants.The results showed that the DMES-n could decrease the interfacial tensions between crude oil and surfactant solution to the order of magnitude of 10-2 mN/m,however,the property of salt resistance of DMES-n was not better than that of BS-12;and the mixture of DMES-14/BS-12 or DMES-16/BS-12 not only had good ability of decreasing the interfacial tension,but also had good ability of temperature tolerance and salt resistance,which could decrease the interfacial tension between crude oil and solution to the order of magnitude of 10-3 mN/m at relatively wide range of NaCl concentration(30 000~100 000 mg/L),and at high concentration of MgCl2 and CaCl2 respectively being 10 000 mg/L.
