摘 要:向锌电极中加入硬脂酸钙,在电池循环1次、40次、120次后,采用极化曲线、交流阻抗研究了硬脂酸钙对二次锌电极电化学性能的影响。实验表明,添加硬脂酸钙后,电池的放电容量降低至最高容量的90%时,循环次数由190次增加到了300次;循环120次后,添加硬脂酸钙的锌电极在0.1 V的电位下,电流为0.224 A,而空白锌电极的电流为0.042 A。交流阻抗测试表明,硬脂酸钙的加入,可以延缓锌电极的钝化,维持了锌电极的电化学活性。Adding C36H70O4Ca to zinc electrode,effect of C36H70O4Ca on the zinc electrode electrochemical performance after cycle 1,40,120 has been studied by using the Anodic polarization curves and AC impedance method.The results showed that the zinc electrode added C36H70O4Ca reached 300 cycles before its capacity fell to 90% of the initial capacity,while the blank zinc electrode failed after 190 cycles.After cycles 120,the current of the zinc electrode with C36H70O4Ca was 0.224 A,however,the current of the blank zinc electrode was 0.042 A.From the impedance spectra,adding C36H70O4Ca can suppress the passivation and maintain the electrochemical performance of the zinc electrode.
