夹竹桃水提液对变色夜蛾幼虫的毒杀效果

摘　　要：[目的]探究夹竹桃水提液对变色夜蛾幼虫的毒杀效果。[方法]通过对变色夜蛾幼虫进行添食试验,研究了夹竹桃水浸液对变色夜蛾幼虫的毒杀效果。[结果]夹竹桃干叶量的1/20～1/200倍水浸液对变色夜蛾幼虫有较好的毒杀作用,添食死亡率均达到100%。[结论]为研发高效、环保、低碳的新型植物农药提供了参考。[ Objective ] The paper was to study the insecticidal effect of water extract of Nerium indicum against the larvae of Enmonodia ves- pertilia Fabriciu. [ Method] Through feeding expeiiment on the larvae of E. vespertilio, the insecticidal effect of water extract of N. indicum a- gainst the larvae was studied. [ Result] The 1/20 -1/200 times water extract of dry leaf weight：of N. indicum had better insecticidal effect a- gainst the larvae of E. vespertilio, and the feeding mortality rate reached 100%. [ Conclusion] The paper provided reference for development of new botanical nesticides with high efficiency, environmental protection and low carbon.
