摘  要:[目的]探讨苯磺隆(TM)对花生根瘤菌生长的影响规律。[方法]观察根瘤菌在YMA、YMA+TM、0.5YMA+TM、缺N源、缺C源、缺N缺C(双缺)培养基上的菌落生长情况,并分别绘制6种培养基对应的根瘤菌生长曲线。[结果]在YMA+TM 200 mg/L培养基中,TM对花生根瘤菌生长仅有轻微抑制作用;在没有N源时,花生根瘤菌能利用TM而生存。[结论]在营养丰富时,TM对花生根瘤菌生长的影响较小,TM还可被花生根瘤菌降解利用。该研究为提高根瘤菌固氮活力并进一步提高花生产量提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] To study the influence of tribenuron-methyl (TM) on the growth curve of peanut rhizobium. [ Method J The growth oi rhizombium on six culture media, including YMA, YMA + TM, 0.5 YMA + TM, no N source, no C source, no N and no C sources, was ob- served, and their growth curves on the six media were drawn. [ Result ] The growth of peanut rhizobium was slightly suppressed in YMA + TM 200 mg/L medium. In the medium without N source, peanut rhizobia could utilize tribenuron-methyl to survive. [ Conclusion] The effect of tribenuron-methyl on the growth of peanut rhizobium was small when the nutrient was rich and the tribenuron-methyl could even be degraded and used bv oeanut rhizobium. The research provided theoretical basis for improving the nitrogen fixation activities and peanut yield.
