大别山区六安特产的地理标志与非物质文化遗产

摘　　要：介绍了六安特产资源的地理标志知识产权与非物质文化遗产的保护现状,并从地理标志申报、国家质量标准、专用标志使用、品牌培育、工农业文化遗产、非物质文化遗产、生产性保护示范基地、双重保护、旅游开发、产业扶贫开发等方面探讨其发展对策。This article introduced the protection status of intangible cultural heritage and the geographical indication property rights of the spe- cialty resources in Lu＇ an City, and then explored its development measures from the application of geographical indication, national quality standards, the use of special indication, the cultivation brands, industrial and agricultural culture heritage, intangible cultural heritage, pro- duction protection demonstration bases, dual protection, tourism development, poverty alleviation through industrial development.
