摘 要:[目的]探讨水杨酸对铅胁迫下潍县萝卜直根生长和铅含量的影响。[方法]采用温室盆栽法,研究了外源水杨酸(SA)对铅(Pb)胁迫下潍县萝卜直根长、直根干重和Pb含量的影响。[结果]外源SA(50~400μmol/L)处理对Pb胁迫下潍县萝卜直根长、直根干重影响不明显,但可显著降低直根中的Pb含量,其中以100μmol/L SA处理降低Pb胁迫下潍县萝卜直根中Pb含量的效果最好。[结论]为无公害潍县萝卜的生产提供了理论依据。[ Objective] The aim was to explore effects of salicylic scid (SA) on the growth and Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress. [ Method] Effects of SA on the length, dry weight and Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress were studied by pot cultured seedings. [ Result] Exogenous SA (50 -400μmol/L) processing had insignificant effect on the length and dry weight of Weixian radish root but could significantly reduce the Pb content of Weixian radish root under Pb stress, among them 100μmol/L SA processing had the most ob- vious effect of reducing Pb content of Weixian radish root. [ Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for the production of non-pol- lution Weixian radish.
