摘 要:六堡茶原产于苍梧县六堡、狮寨及周边地区,是广西历史名茶。近年来六堡茶有了较大发展,但是,目前六堡茶原料茶供应成了六堡茶发展的瓶颈。为了加快六堡茶产业的快速稳步健康发展,文章从六堡茶的品质、六堡茶的生产历史、传统六堡茶原料品种生化成份等方面分析,认为茶多酚及水浸出物含量高的中大叶型品种适制六堡茶,对如何加速六堡茶原料基地的发展,建立完善苗木繁殖和供应体系提出了意见和建议。The six Fort tea is famous tea in Guangxi history which originated liubao in the Cangwu,Lions Village and the surrounding areas,In recent years,six Fort tea had made great progress,however,the six Fort tea raw tea supply had become a bottleneck in the development of the six Fort tea.In order to speed up fast steady and healthy development of the six fort tea industry,after six Fort tea was analyzed from the following aspects,such as six Fort tea quality,the production history of the six Fort tea,the traditional six Fort tea varieties of raw materials and biochemical composition,thought that tea polyphenol and the leaf varieties of water extract high contents were suitable for making six Fort tea,some opinions and suggestions were put forward on how to speed up the development of six Fort tea raw material base and to establish and improve of the seedling breeding and supply system.
