球性练习在普通高校足球教学中的作用

摘　　要：通过分组实验和研究分析,论证了球性练习与掌握足球技术的关系,教学实验结果表明:球性练习既可提高学生的学习兴趣,也有助于加快足球基本技术的掌握和提高学生的足球比赛能力,为足球教学改革提供一定的理论和实践的参考依据。Pass the curtate experiment and study analysis,the sex having expounded and proven ball practises and the relation,teaching experiment bear fruit grasping the football technology indicate： Both may improve a student＇s studying interest and,help accelerate fundamental technology of football match ability grasping and improving a student,reference providing certain theory and practice for football educational reform basis ball nature exercise.
