摘 要:目的观察纳米银抗菌敷料预防导管相关性血流感染的效果。方法将行中心静脉导管(PICC)穿刺的重症监护患者160例随机分为对照组80例和观察组80例。观察组使用纳米银抗菌敷料,对照组使用3M透明敷料,观察两组的导管相关性血流感染率及穿刺点局部皮肤阳性率。结果观察组导管相关性血流感染率为0.00%,局部皮肤阳性率为6.25%;对照组导管相关性血流感染率为10.00%,局部皮肤阳性率为17.50%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银抗菌敷料预防导管相关性血流感染的效果显著,可推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of nano silver antibacterial dressings in preventing catheter related blood- stream infection. Methods 160 ICU patients with central venous catheter were randomly assigned to the control group and the experiment group, 80 cases in each group. Nano silver antibacterial dressings were used in the experiment group, while 3 M transparent dressings were used in the control group. Then the infection rates and positive rates of puncture point skin in the two groups were observed. Results The rate of catheter related bloodstream infection in the experiment group was 0% and the positive rate of local skin was 6.25%, while the infection rate in the control group was 10% and the positive rate of local skin was 17.50%. The rates were significantly different between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nano silver antibacterial dressings in preventing catheter related bloodstream infection is obviously effective and can be promoted.
