摘　　要：在充分调研电网建设中存在的林业方面外部环境困难的基础上,梳理了电网建设涉林法律环境现状,系统分析了现有法律法规对电网建设的利弊影响,总结了各地电网建设实践中的应对措施,提出了改善电网建设涉林外部环境的具体制度建议。Based on an investigation of the forest-related external problems in power grid construction, this paper introduces forest-related legal environment status quo in power grid construction, systematically analyzes the influences of existing laws and regulations on power grid construction, summarizes the corresponding measures for various power grid construction regions, and proposes some specific recommendations for improving the forest-related external environment in power grid construction.
