摘 要:企业节能减排绩效评价具有综合性、层次性和模糊性的特点,利用目前传统的评价方法对其进行评价存在一些不足之处。构建了企业节能减排绩效的模糊数学评价模型,将模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合,对企业节能减排绩效进行评价。运用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重,然后运用模糊综合评价法对企业节能减排绩效给出定量的综合评价。实证分析验证了此方法的良好效果。Performance evaluation of enterprise energy saving and emission reduction is characterized by integration, hierarchy and fuzzy. The traditional performance evaluation method cannot meet this requirement. An evaluation index hierarchy structure model of enterprise's energy saving and emission reduction performance is established through combining the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and is used to evaluate enterprise's energy saving and emission reduction performance. The fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to make a synthetic quantitative evaluation of enterprise's energy saving emission reduction performance. This method is verified to be very effective.
