摘  要:构建了石墨电极双室微生物燃料电池(DMFC),以能源植物——象草生物质为研究对象,进行了生物质废弃物MFC产电试验研究。结果表明:DMFC启动运行后,阳极pH呈上升趋势而显碱性,pH值较为平稳;阴极显酸性且pH的变化幅度大。一定浓度(250~1 000mg.COD/L)的象草秸秆水解产物为阳极底物时,燃料电池最大开路电压为454mV,可稳定在300mV左右,功率密度达到125.89mW/m2。输出电压随外接电阻阻值的增大而增加,输出功率在外接电阻为1 000Ω时最大。DMFC was constructed with graphite plate as cathode and graphite felt as anode.The influencing factors to the performance of the cell were studied when elephant grass straw hydrolyzate used as the anode electronic receptors.The results show that,after the completion of DMFC,anode pH rose,was alkaline,anode change in pH was relatively stable;the cathode was acidic,but had big variations in pH in the cathode.When using elephant grass straw hydrolyzate as the anode substrate,reaching 125.89 mW/m2 power density with the maximum output voltage of 454 mV.In an electricity production cycle,the open circuit voltage remained at about 300 mV.The output voltage changed with the increase of the external resistor,the maximum power density was observed at 1 000 Ω.
