摘　　要：介绍陶瓷金卤灯电弧管的结构、总成工艺中的关键技术,重点探讨电弧管原材料的几何尺寸要求、净化处理方法以及电弧管封排工艺的控制要点。The structures and the key technology in the assembly process of the arc tube of CMH（Ceramic Metal Halide lamps） are described.The requirements for the dimensional accuracy of arc tube materials,the methods of purifying the raw materials,and the points in the sealing and exhausting process are mainly discussed.
