摘　　要：亚洲金融危机使日本本已低迷、脆弱的的经济雪上加霜， 为避免经济的进一步衰退， 鉴于国内外经济形势的变化， 日本的对外经济政策正在进行某些调整： 在对外投资方面持谨慎态度； 在对外贸易方面改变了不加入地区贸易集团的一贯立场； 缩减海外银行业务； 积极谋求日元国际化。The financial crisis in Asia has made worse the Japanese economy which is already weak and fragile. With regard to the changes in the economic situations home and abroad, Japan is adjusting its foreign policy of economy so as to avoid further economic decline: to be cautious in foreign investment; to abandon its long held stand of remaining outside of any regional trade group; to reduce the business of overseas banks; and to seek the internationalization of the Japanese yen.
