摘　　要：基于打造全国一流建筑强市的目标,结合目前海门建筑业的产业现状,着重分析海门市建筑经济转型升级的可行性、必要性、紧迫性,并明确提出转型升级的方向、动力和保障,提升建筑业持续、健康发展的能力,可为其他地区实现建筑业更好更快发展提供借鉴。Based on the aim of building first-class strong construction city,and considering the impetus situation of construction industry in Haimen,this paper emphatically analyzes the feasibility,necessity and urgency of transformation and upgrade of construction economy in Haimen.And then proposes the direction,motion and security of transformation and upgrade,therefore providing good suggestions for better and faster development of construction industry in other places of China.
