摘　　要：落实标准施工招标文件,是规范招投标市场行为的重要工作。本文系统地概括了标准施工招标文件的文件体系,在此基础上对文件的主要内容进行解读分析,总结了标准施工招标文件的主要特点,结合招投标实践对标准施工招标文件提出完善的建议,得出标准施工招标文件的实施对建立统一的招投标大市场具有重要推动作用的结论。It is a very important work about normalizing the tender behaviors of implementing the standard tender documents.based on generalizing the documentation systems of the standard tender document,study and analyzes the main content of these document,summarizes the main character,give some suggestions.At last,gets a conclusion that implementing the standard tender documents has positive effect to normalize the tender behaviors in the construction market.
