摘 要:为降低结构的振动响应和充分利用屋顶花园,文章提出由多高层建筑屋顶花园结合叠层钢板橡胶垫组成屋顶花园TMD减震系统,并介绍了该减震系统的控制原理;对系统参数进行分析,得出屋顶花园TMD减震系统最优阻尼比、最优频率比;结合工程实例,探讨了利用屋顶花园进行减震控制的方法,并利用屋顶花园质量可调的优点,确定了合理的阻尼比、质量比,数值分析表明减震效果良好,系统性能稳定。In order to reduce the structural vibration response and make full use of roof garden,a new tuned mass damper(TMD) vibration control system using roof garden is put forward,which is composed of roof garden on multi-story or high-rise building and laminated rubber bearing.The control principle of the roof garden TMD system is introduced,the parameter analysis of the system is performed,and the optimal damping ratio and frequency ratio of the system are obtained.Through an engineering example,the new vibration control method using roof garden is demonstrated,and the reasonable damping ratio and mass ratio are determined by using the advantage of adjustability of roof garden.Numerical analyses show that the roof garden has good control effect and the system performance is stable.
