摘 要:文章采用基于比较优势理论的土地利用相对集约度评价方法,以安徽省86个开发区为例,研究了不同区域间开发区土地利用的比较优势。研究结果表明,参照土地利用相对集约度综合考虑配置土地,能够提高土地利用的总福利水平。整体上,皖南地区开发区的比较优势高于皖中地区,皖北开发区的比较优势度最低;而区域内部皖南地区的沿江城市带及皖中地区的中心城市在开发区土地利用上具有明显的比较优势。因此,根据开发区土地利用的比较优势度计算结果,对开发区空间布局进行合理调整,对比较优势度较高的地区,根据实际需要,增设相应的开发区;撤销比较优势度较低地区的开发区,恢复其农业生产,以实现耕地保护与开发区建设的双赢。Based on the evaluation method of relative intensity degree of land use in the theory of comparative advantage,the comparative advantage of land use in the development zones of different regions is studied by analyzing the data of 86 development zones in Anhui Province.The results indicate that it is good to promote the overall welfare level of land use by allocating the land resource according to the relative intensity degree of land use.On the whole,the comparative advantage of development zones in the South Anhui is higher than that in the Middle Anhui,and that in the North Anhui is the lowest of all.While the comparative advantage of the cities along the Yangtze River in the South Anhui and the central cities in the Middle Anhui is higher than that of other cities in the same region respectively in land use of development zones.So the space position of the development zones must be adjusted according to the research results of their comparative advantage degree.It is better to set up development zones in the region that has higher comparative advantage,while withdrawing those in the region that has lower comparative advantage and restoring the agricultural production there.In this way,the protection of arable land and the construction of development zone can be achieved simultaneously.
