摘  要:天津高银117大厦结构高度587m,是目前国内在建的结构高度最高的超高层建筑。塔楼采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-巨型框架支撑结构。塔楼地处软土地区和高地震烈度区,建筑高宽比达到9.0,竖向荷载作用下巨柱最大轴力1 000MN,工程桩有效桩长75m,基础筏板厚度6.5m。超高层建筑物的这些特点给基础设计带来极大挑战。主要介绍了塔楼基础设计的关键技术,包括桩型选择和布置、基础筏板的沉降和内力分析、巨柱柱脚构造。另外,对基础埋深、结构嵌固端以及筏板冲切等若干问题进行了探讨。Tianjin 117 Tower is the tallest building under construction in China with 587m height. Concrete core and mega braced tube system is adopted to resist wind load and earthquake action. The high-rise building lies in the soft soil area and high density seismic zone. The aspect ratio is 9.0 and the maximum axial force in the mega column is about 1 000MN. The pile is of 75m length and the raft is of 6.5m thickness. These characteristics of the building bring challenges to the foundation design. The main technical issues on the foundation design, such as pile options, analysis on the settlement and moment of raft, as well as the detail of mega column-base, were introduced. In addition, the views were also presented including buried depth, fixing location and punch capacity of raft.
