摘　　要：以中原油田污水处理厂的控制系统为背景,设计了一套基于PLC的自动控制系统。该系统由PLC控制器和上位监控站及其通讯网络构成,可以完成对污水处理过程的自动控制、参数设定和远程监视。介绍了该系统的硬件组成和软件设计,并用WinCC软件对污水处理过程进行了监控画面的设计。通过现场实地调试及系统目前良好的运行状态,证明了该系统设计的正确性及可靠性。With the background of the sewage disposal control system of Zhongyuan Oil Field wastewater treatment plant,this paper design the automation control system based on PLC.This system is composed of PLC,monitor computer station and communication network connected them.It can automatic control the treatment equipments and monitor procedure and date of the running machine.The hardware consistence and the software design of the system is introduced,and the customer interface was designed with WinCC.From the test on field and the good running state of the system up to now.
