摘  要:为了实时了解井下钻头的工作情况,提高钻井的安全性和可靠性,设计了一种应变式传感器。该传感器使用4组全桥方式的测量电桥。测量电桥采用科学的布片和组桥方法,能同时测量钻压、扭矩和钻头所受的侧向力,并有效抵消温度对测量参数的影响,从而降低各测量参数之间的耦合影响。针对井下恶劣的工况条件,采用了镍铬铝合金制作的金属箔式应变片。该应变片能够抗高温、抗蠕变和耐腐蚀。现场试验结果表明,各组测量电桥能够满足实际工况需要。To investigate the working condition of the drill down the pit in real time,and improve the security and reliability of drilling process,the strain type sensor is designed.Four groups of full-bridge measuring bridge and scientific bridging and arranging methods are applied.The drilling pressure,torque,and the side force on drill can be measured at the same time,and the influence on the measured parameters caused by temperature can be counteracted effectively,thus the coupling effect among various measuring parameters is reduced greatly.Aiming at the harmful working conditions down the pit,the metallic strain foil made of nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy is used to anti high temperature and creep,and resist corrosion.The experiment result on site shows that each group of measuring bridge can satisfy the requirement of practical condition.
