摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将72例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为两组,对照组36例仅给予常规、对症治疗;治疗组36例在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠口服,其用量:<6岁者4mg/d,6～14岁者5mg/d,睡前一次服用,持续2～4周。结果:治疗组36例中有效35例,无效1例,有效率为96.7%。对照组36例中有效29例,无效7例,有效率为80.6%。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效较好。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of Menglu montelukast sodium in treated of allergic purpura curative.Methods： 72 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group of 36 cases,36 cases of the control group.Control group was treated with routine,symptomatic treatment.The treatment group in the control group treated with Menglu montelukast sodium oral,6year 4mg / day,6~14 year 5mg / day.Before bedtime.Treatment 2~4 week.Comparison of efficacy of the two groups.Results： the treatment group 35 cases effective,ineffective in 1 cases.Efficiency of 96.7%.In control group 29 cases,7 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 80.6%.Two groups（P 0.05） compared.Conclusion： conventional,symptomatic comprehensive treatment based on the use of Menglu montelukast sodium treatment options than the simple application of conventional,symptomatic efficacy of comprehensive treatment.
