对杭州三江两岸风景道建设的思考

摘　　要：道路是旅游开发的前置条件,风景道路以其多样化的功能,不仅是旅游的通道,给旅游者带来更多的精神愉悦和服务上的满足,而且在优化区域旅游空间布局、促进资源整合中发挥积极的作用。本文以风景道的相关理论与实践为基础,从道路现状出发,提出三江两岸风景道功能完善中必须处理好的几个关系以及建设的基本设想,为促进杭州市三江两岸风景道建设提供理论依据。The way is pre-condition of the tourism development.Scenic byway,with its function of diversification,not only is the tourist channels,brings more spiritual cheerfulness and service satisfaction to tourists,but also plays a positive role in the optimizing region tourism spatial layout and promoting resource integration.Based on the relevant theories and practices of scenic byway,this paper expatiates the significance of the construction of scenic byway of three rivers cross-strait in implementing tourism westward strategy in Hangzhou,puts forward several relationships which must be dealt with and fundamental conceive of construction in completing function of it according to the actuality of the way,and provides the theory basis to promoting the construction of it.
