基于国家级开发区视角的城市经济与空间发展研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：以杭州市四个国家级开发区为研究对象,从经济发展、空间发展等角度系统分析国家级开发区对杭州城市发展的贡献和影响。通过国民收入法和转移-份额法得出国家级开发区对杭州市的经济发展作出了重要贡献。国家级开发区成为杭州市新产业空间主导,拓展了杭州工业集聚发展空间和布局合理的产业空间格局,担负着改善城市经济结构、提升城市竞争力和产业空间格局合理化的功能使命。In this paper,the four national-level development zones in Hangzhou,as the research object,were systematicly analyzed with the contributions and effectiveness of Hangzhou＇s urban development from economic development and spatial development.National-level development zones had made important contributions to Hangzhou＇s economic development through national income method and shift-share method.They helped to kick off the city framework gradually and to play an important leading role of expansion of urban space.They also widened development space of the industrial clustering,to layout reasonable industry spatial pattern for a dominant of new Industrial Space.They were responsible for a function and mission to improve the urban economic structure,increase its competitiveness and rationalization of industrial space.
