摘 要:目的了解电解铝厂车间空气氟污染现况,为防治职业性氟中毒提供依据。方法用涂有氢氧化钠的超细玻璃纤维滤膜采集空气中氟化物,并用一次性尿杯收集车间工人尿样标本,均采用氟离子选择性电极法测定其含量。结果电解铝车间及居住区空气中氟浓度分别为2.70 mg/m3、0.0060 mg/m3,差异有统计学意义(t=9.30,P<0.01),工人尿氟和对照组人群尿氟结果分别为2.28 mg/L和0.62 mg/L,差异有统计学意义(u=21.19,P<0.01)。结论工人尿氟浓度与车间空气氟污染呈正相关。Objective To explore the fluorine pollution in aluminum potrooms and provide scientific evidence for occupational fluorosis prevention.Methods Air samples were collected with sodium hydroxide glass fiber filter,and urine samples were collected in plastic bottles for fluoride analysis.Fluoride ion selective electrode assay was adopted.Results Fluoride concentration in electrolytic aluminum was 2.70 mg/m3 and fluoride concentration in control group was 0.006 0 mg/m3,the difference had statistical significance(t=9.30,P0.01).Fluoride concentration in urine of workers and controls were 2.28mg/m3 and 0.62mg/m3 respectively,with the difference statistical significant(u=21.19,P0.01).Conclusion This study indicates that air fluoride in workplace and urinary fluoride positively correlate to each other.
