摘  要:对不同地区栽培的黄背木耳菌株进行了组织分离,获得10个菌株,以2个保藏菌株为对照,对其进行了ISSR、菌丝生长速度和产量分析。结果表明,不同地区的组织分离菌株与保藏在遗传上存在差异,遗传相似系数在0.630~0.870之间,组织分离菌株与保藏菌株之间遗传差异较显著;在菌丝生长速度上差异也显著,组织分离菌株在菌丝生长速度上差异明显,最大的相差1倍以上;在产量上表现出组织分离菌株产量较保藏菌株高,增产率在16.48%~90.85%,组织分离培养方法具有复壮效果。Ten strains were obtained from the tissue isolates of Auricularia polytricha.Strains Huangbeimuer,which were cultivated in different regions.Two preserved strains were treated as controls to analyze the ISSR,mycelial growth rate and yield of tissue isolated strains.The results showed that tissue isolated strains cultivated in different regions were different with preserved strains in genetics, the genetic similarity coefficients were between 0.630-0.870,and there was the significant difference between tissue isolated strains and preserved strains,of which mycelial growth rate had the significant difference,the mycelial growth rate of the tissue isolated strains was faster than that of preserved strains for 1 times. The yield of tissue isolated strains were more than that of preserved strains,and the rates of increasing yield were between 16.48 %-90.85 %,meanwhile,the tissue culture method had rejuvenation effects.
