摘　　要：制定合理的森林火灾扑救流程可以提高扑救森林火灾的指挥水平,达到统一指挥、安全高效的要求。广东省肇庆市森林防火指挥部在组织扑救森林火灾的实战中,总结出森林火灾扑救指挥流程,该流程分工明确、指挥有序。在扑救高要市"4.26"森林火灾过程中,按照指挥流程的指引,由市森林防火指挥部统一指挥,保障部门全力配合,迅速扑灭山火。文章介绍了扑火指挥流程的组成和内容,并评价了指挥流程的实施效果。In order to improve the level of forest fire prevention command, achieving uniformity, safe and effective command requirement, Zhaoqing Forest Fire Protection Headquarters summarized a forest fire fighting and rescue command process during the practice in actual forest fire fighting organization. The process has the feature of clear division and orderly command. Different sectors go in for the Gaoyao ＂4 . 26＂ forest fire and extinguish the fire rapidly with the unification guidance of the forest fire prevention command process and the consistent command of Forest Fire Protection Headquarters. This paper introduces the flame, contents and implementation effect of command process.
