百令胶囊治疗精液不液化症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊治疗精液不液化症临床疗效。方法:190例精液不液化症患者随机分对照组(维生素C治疗)和治疗组(百令胶囊治疗),观察两组治疗前后精液质量各项参数指标变化,比较两组有效率。结果:治疗后,治疗组精液量、精子密度、精子活率和A级精子活力、A+B级精子活力等指标均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);平均直线速度(VSL)、运动前向性(STR)、及移动角度(MAD)也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为74%,对照组仅为52.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:百令胶囊能显著缩短精液的液化时间、有效治疗精液不液化症,同时显著提高精液量、精子密度、精子活率、A级精子、A+B级精子和精子运动能力。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules on non-liquefaction of sperm. Method： 190 patients with non-liquefaction of sperm were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and treatment group. The semen liquefac- tion and other semen parameters pre- and post-treatment between the two groups were compared. Result： After the treatment, in the Bailing treatment group, the sperm volume, sperm density, sperm motility, grade A sperm vitality and grade A ＋ B sperm vitality were obviously improved, and all the parameter were significantly higher than those of the vitamin C control group （ sperm motility P 〈 0.05, others P 〈 0.01 ） ;The sperm motion characteristics （VSL, STR and MAD） in the Bailing treatment group were also better than those in the vitamin C control group, the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficiency of semen liquefaction was 74% and 52.2% in Bailing treatment group and Vitamin C control group, respectively with significant statistically differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion： Bailing capsules can shorten the liquefaction time of semen. It can treat the non-liquefaction of sperm effectively by improving the sperm volume, density and motility, grade A and A ＋ B sperm vitality, and sperm motion ability obviously.
