头痛宁胶囊联合西比林胶囊治疗38例老年脑动脉硬化性头痛分析

摘　　要：目的探讨头痛宁胶囊联合西比林胶囊治疗老年脑动脉硬化性头痛的疗效。方法 72例被选患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(34例)。对照组采用基础治疗,即服用西比林胶囊10mg,1次/d,治疗组在对照组基础上加用头痛宁胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,两组均以4周为1个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组显效12例,有效22例,无效4例,总有效率为89.5%。对照组显效6例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率为64.7%。治疗组与对照组的总有效率有显著性差异(P<005)。结论头痛宁胶囊联合西比林胶囊治疗老年脑动脉硬化性头痛安全有效。Objective To investigate flunarizine hydrochloride′s and Toutongning capsule treat headache caused by elderly brain artery hardening.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,33 patients in control group were treated with Flunariine hydrochloride 10mg（po）,one time everyday.38 patients in treatment group were treated with Toutongning capsule 3 particles（po）,three times everyday on the base of control group.With a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups,the therapeutic effect was observed after one treatment course.Results In treatment group,12 subjects remarkable improved,22 subjects improved,4 subjects improved nothing,the total effective rat was 89.5%.In control group,6 subjects remarkable improved,16 subjects improved,12 subjects improved nothing,the total effective rat was 64.7%.There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Flunarzin hydrochloride and Toutongning capsule is a safe and valid medicine treated the brain caused by elderly brain artery hardening.
