摘　　要：城市综合体的发展是城市化发展的必然产物。可持续型城市综合体对有限自然资源的集约化利用,对能源的有效节约,对城市文脉的传承延续,对人们生存环境的改善都有着重要的作用。本文通过对可持续性城市综合体的发展现状、规划布局要求、设计策略以及技术方法等进行了阐述。希望对以后城市综合体的可持续发展有一定的指导意义。Abstract：The development of the urban complex is the inevitable outcome of the development of urbanization. Sustainable urban complex building on the limited natural resources intensive utilization, on the energy saving of the effective, on the urban context continued inheritance, on the improvement of the living environment ofpeople have an important role. This article through to sustainable urban complex development present situation, the plan layout requirements, design strategy and technology method were discussed. Hope for the sustainable development of the city after complexes have guiding significance.
