摘 要:目的通过SF-36量表测量中国华南地区公务员人群的与健康相关的生存质量状况,探讨影响公务员人群与健康相关的生存质量的主要社会人口学因素。方法设计调查问卷,采用横断面研究及分层随机抽样的方法,对中国华南地区2 805名公务员与健康相关的生存质量状况及其影响因素进行研究。结果 SF-36量表最高分值为生理功能(88.59±15.08)分,最低分值为总体健康状况(59.94±19.67)分;其中41.89%的公务员其生理总分低于美国普通人群,43.34%的公务员心理总分低于美国普通人群。单因素分析结果显示:不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、单位性质、职务级别、月收入、日均工作时间、居住地以及居住情况等社会人口学因素的公务员生存质量间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素逐步回归结果显示:日均工作时间、年龄、月收入、单位性质以及婚姻状况是公务员生存质量总分的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超过五分之二的中国华南地区公务员生存质量的生理、心理总分低于美国普通人群。影响公务员生存质量的因素主要有年龄、月收入、日均工作时间、单位性质以及婚姻状况等社会人口学因素。Objective To explore the impact of main socio-demographic factors on health-related quality of life of civil servants through investigation of the status of quality of life in civil servants of South China with Health Survey Short Form-36 Items(SF-36) Scale. Methods Cross-sectional study and stratified random sampling method were used to investigate the status of 2 805 civil servant′s quality of life and the influential factors. Results The highest score for SF-36 was in physical function(88.59±15.08),and the minimum score was in general health(59.94±19.67).The total physiological score of 41.89% civil servants was lower than that of the US general population,and the total psychological score of 43.34% civil servants was lower than that of the US general population.Univariate analysis showed that the civil servants with such different socio-demographic characteristics as sex,age,marital status,nature of affiliation,title rank,average monthly income,living location and condition had significantly different qualities of life in SF-36 score(P0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the average working hours daily,age,monthly income,nature of affiliation and marital status were impacting factors of the total score of quality of life(P0.05). Conclusion The physical and psychological scores of more than two-fifths of the civil servants are lower than those of the US general population.The major socio-demographic factors to affect the civil servants′ quality of life are age,monthly income,average working hours daily,nature of affiliation and marital status.
