摘 要:为了寻求扶桑绵粉蚧有效除害处理方法,本文测定了γ-射线不同辐照剂量对该虫发育繁殖的影响,结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加,各虫龄继续发育的比例明显降低;相同剂量水平下,各虫龄对辐照的耐受性随虫龄增大而增强,以3龄若虫和成虫的耐受性最强;大规模辐照测定表明,采用130Gy可有效阻止3龄若虫和雌成虫后代的发育繁殖。Abstract a multiple Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley is an entry quarantine pest in China, which has a wide range hosts and transmitted ways to spread. In order to develop an effective treatment to prevent this mealybug transmit- ted by feeding hosts, the effect of Υ- ray irradiation on the survivor and reproduction of P. solenopsis was tested at range of irradiation doses. The results showed that the survival rate for each instar nymph decreased significantly with the increasing absorbed dose. At the same dose level, the tolerance of individuals to absorbed dose increased with growing life stage. The most tolerant life stage was found to be 3rd instar nymph and adult. At large - scale ir- radiation test, no survival female adult developed from either 3rd instar nymphs or adults irradiated produced off- spring at 130 Gray dose, indicating that the dose of 130Gy or above could be sufficient to prevent the reproduction of this mealybug.
