芍倍注射液与复方亚甲蓝长效止痛剂对防治环状混合痔外剥内扎术后并发症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨环状混合痔外剥内扎术后联合应用芍倍注射液与复方亚甲蓝长效止痛剂治疗的临床疗效。方法:将60例环状混合痔患者用随机分为试验组(外剥内扎与芍倍注射液与复方亚甲蓝长效止痛剂治疗30例)和对照组(外剥内扎治疗30例),对两组患者术后并发症等随访资料进行比较分析。结果:两组患者术后症状均有明显改善,但试验组在并发症,治愈率方面明显优于对照组。结论:芍倍注射液与复方亚甲蓝长效止痛剂对防治环状混合痔外剥内扎术后并发症疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and security of shaobei injectioncombined with methylthioninium chloride in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids byMillian-morgan,s.Methods：A total of 60 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the experiment group（30cases） and control group（30cases）,and were treated by shaobei injectioncombined with methylthioninium chloride afterMillian-morgan,s and Millian-morgan,s alone respectively.The operationduration,postoperativecomp lications and follow-up data were compared between the two groups.Results：Clinical symptoms were ameliorated after operation in both groups.The experiment group was significantly better than the control group in operationduration,postoperative analmargin edema and wound healing time（P 0.05）.Conclusion：shaobei injectioncombined with methylthioninium chloride is an effective,safe and fewer comp licationremedy in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids
