医院消毒供应中心工作人员的职业风险研究

摘　　要：目的:调查笔者所在医院消毒供应中心工作人员职业风险现状,并提出预防措施。方法:采用问卷调查方法调查消毒供应中心工作人员47名。结果:消毒供应中心工作人员意外伤害率最高的是锐器刺伤,发生率91.5%;其次是高温烫伤,发生率34.0%;化学伤害23.4%;职业疲劳14.9%;噪音伤害4.3%;紫外线伤害2.1%。结论:针对消毒供应中心存在的职业风险因素,应加强防范措施,降低对工作人员的职业危害。Objective：To investigate the Occupation risk of central sterile supply department staff,and puts forward the preventive measures.Methods：Investigation 47 staff of central sterile supply department by questionnaire.Results：In the central sterile supply department,The cidence rate of sharp instrument injuryi was91.5 % ;the incidence rate of high temperature scald was34.0 %;the incidence rate of chemical injury was 23.4%;the incidence rate of occupation fatigue was 14.9%;the incidence rate of noise damage was4.3 % ;the incidence rate of ultraviolet ray injury was2.1 %.Conclusion：according to the occupation risk factors of central sterile supply department,should strengthen the preventive measures to reduce occupation harm of central sterile supply department staffs.
