230例临产孕妇凝血指标检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对临产孕妇凝血四指标即血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)及凝血酶时间(TT)的检测,以充分了解孕妇体内凝血状况。方法:回顾性分析230例临产孕妇的一般资料,将其作为观察组,同时选择230例身体体检合格者作为对照组。采用美国贝克曼-库尔特ACL-7000全自动血凝仪检测所有患者PT、APTT、FIB、TT,并对检测结果进行统计学分析和比较。结果:观察组PT、APTT明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FIB明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组相比TT无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床使用凝血四指标对孕妇体内的凝血情况进行检测对预防和治疗产中、产后大出血及并发症的发生有着重要的临床意义。Objective：This paper is to make an adequate acquaintance of blood coagulation status in pregnant women through testing prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,plasma fibrinogen content（FIB） and thrombin time（TT） of parturient women.Method：General information of 230parturient women as the observation group members were retrospectively reviewed,and at the same time,230 people having passed physical examination were selected into the control group.U.S.Beckman-Kurt ACL-7000 coagulative instrument was adopted to test PT,APTT,FIB and TT of all patients and the statistical analysis and comparison were conducted then.Results：The PT and APTT of patients of observation group were obviously lower than that of the control group,and through comparison,it was found that there was significance difference（P0.05）;the FIB of patients of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,and through comparison,it was found that there was significant difference（P0.05）;through comparison,it was found that there was no significant difference between two groups on TT（P0.05）.Conclusions：The application of 4 coagulation indexes to test the coagulation status in pregnant women has predominant clinical significance for preventing and treating massive haemorrhage during and after parturition as well as the complications and can reduce the delivery risk.
