摘　　要：目的:探讨痰液标本不同性状对抗酸杆菌检出率的影响。方法:将我院2006～2009年痰涂片结果进行回顾性分析。结果:8071份痰液抗酸杆菌阳性检出率为17.5%(1409/8071),4种不同性状的痰液(干酪样痰、血痰、脓粘痰、泡沫水样痰)抗酸杆菌阳性检出率分别为52.5%、42.4%、22.8%、3.2%,合格性状痰液标本(干酪样痰、血痰、脓粘痰)抗酸杆菌阳性检出率明显高于不合格痰液标本(泡沫水样痰)。结论:痰液标本性状直接影响抗酸杆菌阳性检出率,留取合格的痰液标本是提高抗酸杆菌直接涂片检出率的关键。Objective：To discuss the difference positive rate of acid-fast bacilli on different traits of sputum samples.Methods：Retrospectively analyzing the results of the sputum smear in our hospital from 2006 to 2009.Results：The total positive rate of 8071 samples was 17.5%（1409/8071）,Positive rate of four different types sputum（cheese-like sputum,bloody sputum,purulent phlegm,sputum water bubble） was 52.5%,42.4%,22.8%,3.2% separately.Positive rate of qualified traits sputum samples（cheese-like sputum,bloody sputum,pus,phlegm） was higher than unsatisfactory sputum（phlegm bubble water）.Conclusion：Different traits of sputum samples directly affect positive rate of sputum smear,it is the key point to obtain the qualified sputum to improve the positive rate of sputum smear.
