30例老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡的护理及观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏湿敷合并藻酸钙敷料换药治疗糖尿病(DM)皮肤溃疡的效果及方法。方法:将30例老年DM皮肤溃疡的患者随机分成2组,对照组行抗生素治疗及常规换药,观察组行抗生素及给予碘伏外敷配合藻酸钙敷料换药的治疗,观察2组的治疗效果。结果:观察组、对照组在年龄、病程、HbA1c、血红蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐无显著差异差异(P>0.05)。创面愈合时间分别为(47.5±7.7)d及(60.1±10.0)d,患者满意度评分分别为(9.0±0.5)分及(7.8±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碘伏外敷配合藻酸钙敷料换药治疗DM皮肤溃疡有显著疗效。Objective：To compare the differences between Iodophors hydropathic compress associated with calcium alginate dressings and routine change dressings in treating diabetic skin ulcer.Methods：30 elderly individual who suffered from diabetic skin ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The 15 patients in treatment group were treated with Iodophors hydropathic compress associated with calcium alginate dressings,and the 15 patients in the control group were treated with routine change dressings.The treatment efficacy and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The age,duration of diabetes,the level of HbA1c,hemoglobin,albumin,ALT,creatinine were no significant difference in two groups（P0.05）.There is a short recovery time of the skin ulcer in treatment group（47.5±7.7d） compared with the control group（60.1±10.0d）.Questionnaires showed a higher degree of satisfaction in treatment group than control group.Conclusion：Compared with routine change dressings,using Iodophors hydropathic compress associated with calcium alginate dressings in treating diabetic skin ulcer is more effective and satisfactory.
