防跌倒标识的建立在护理不良事件中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨防跌倒标识在护理不良事件中的应用效果,保证患者安全。方法:对发生8起意外跌倒住院患者,建立防跌倒标识,包括全面评估,防跌倒标识的设计,防跌倒标识的使用以及对跌倒患者和家属的健康教育等。结果:住院患者跌倒发生率显著下降,患者满意度由实施前的93.4%上升到98.5%。结论:防跌倒标识的应用是新形式发展的需要,对护患双方起到提醒警示作用,降低护理风险。Objective：To investigate the anti fall signs in nursing adverse events in the application effect,safety of patients.Methods：8 cases of accidental falls in hospitalized patients,establishing of falls prevention identification,including comprehensive assessment,falls prevention in logo design,logo and the use of falls prevention of fall of patient and family health education.Results：The incidence of falls in hospitalized patients decreased significantly,patient satisfaction from before the implementation of the 93.4% up to 98.5%.Conclusion：Falls prevention identification application is the new form of the needs of the development of both nurses and patients,to remind the warning effect,reduce nursing risks.
