冠心病介入诊疗术后患者血管并发症的原因分析及护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病介入诊疗术后血管并发症的发生及护理对策及预防。方法:对49例术后出现血管并发症的患者资料及临床护理效果进行总结分析。结果:术后35例穿刺点血肿或渗血、10例拔管综合征、2例假性动脉瘤、1例急性血管闭塞、1例动静脉瘘,经过护理后症状均消失。结论:冠心病介入诊疗术后血管并发症原因复杂,术后精心护理可以有效降低并发症危害。Objective：Discuss the prevention strategies for coronary interventional vascular complications and postoperative care.Methods：49 cases of vascular complications in patients with postoperative data and clinical care results were analyzed.Results：After the operation35 cases of puncture site hematoma or bleeding,10 cases extubation syndrome,2 false aneurysm,one case of acute vascular occlusion,one case of arteriovenous fistula.the symptoms disappeared after the treatment.Conclusions：There are complexed causes for Coronary interventional after the operation Vascular complications,postoperative intensive care can reduce the risk of complications.
