摘　　要：目的:调查分析军队离退休老年患者急诊就诊原因,提出针对性护理预防措施。方法:回顾性分析在老年急诊科就诊的4062例病例。结果:军队离退休患者急诊排名前五位的原因为:上呼吸道感染(753例)、外伤(358例)、胃肠炎(346例),短暂性缺血发作(332例)和心绞痛(309例)。按系统疾病进行排名,排名前五的疾病为呼吸系统疾病(26.29%)、心脑血管疾病(20.83%)、神经系统疾病(10.98%)、消化系统疾病(10.00%)和外伤(8.81%)。结论:应高度重视老年人尤其高龄患者的呼吸道感染的预防。Objective：To survey and analyze the disease causes responsible for clinical emergent army retired gerontal patients,and discuss the preventive nursing means.Methods：Materials of 4062 emergent gerontal patients（≥60 years old） from January 2008 to December 2010 were collected and analyzed.Results：The top-5 diseases were upper respiratory infection（753 cases）,injury（358 cases）,gastroenteritis（346 cases）,TIA（332 cases） and angina pectoris（309 cases）.The top-5 system diseases were respirotary system（26.29%）,cadio-cerebrovascular system（20.83%）,nervous system（10.98%）,digestive system（10.00%） and injury（8.81）.Discussion：Besides the cardiovascular diseases,respiratory infection must be taken as the first priority in disease-prevention and health-care for army retired gerontal patients.
