46例中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流在自发性气胸诊治中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流自发性气胸的疗效基安全性。方法:对46例自发性气胸患者行胸片检查后以中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流。结果:46例自发性气胸患者有43例安全有效,症状迅速缓解,肺复张后拔管出院,2例引流欠佳,改用传统粗管引流后治愈出院,1例为张力性气胸,先以粗针头穿刺排气后再行中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔置入闭式引流在自发性气胸诊治中简便、安全、有效,值得推广采用。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect and safe of thoracic cavity closed drainage therapy spontaneous pneumothorax by central venous catheter.Methods： 46 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were diagnosed by thoracic part x-ray,all the patients were placed thoracic cavity closed drainage by central venous catheter.Results： Among 46 patients there was 43 patients who obtained to significant treatment,3 patients failed to favourable therapy and applied traditional tube drainage.Conclusion： The treatment is convenient,safe and utility with thoracic cavity closed drainage by central venous catheter.
