枸地氯雷他定和氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨枸地氯雷他定和氯雷他定的临床疗效和安全性。方法:76例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用枸地氯雷他定片8.8mg,1次/日。对照组采用氯雷他定片10mg,1次/日。连续服药4周后复查,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治愈率为52.63%,总有效率达84.20%。而对照组治愈率39.47%,总有效率为60.52%。观察组治愈率,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枸地氯雷他定和氯雷他定均可安全、有效治疗慢性荨麻疹,但使用枸地氯雷他定起效更迅速,治愈效果更好。Objective： To explore clinical effect and securify of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium and Loratadine Tablets.Methods： Patients in observational group received Desloratadine Citrate Disodium 10mg,1 time/day,while patients control group received Loratadine tablets,1 time/day.Compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after 4 weeks.Reuslt： Observational group：the total recovery rates were 91.3% and the total effective rates were 91.3%.control group：the total recovery rate were 91.3% and the total effective rates were 91.3%.There were significant difference in recovery rates and teffective rates between the observational group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Desloratadine Citrate Disodium and Loratadine Tablets were both safe and effective in treating chronic urticaria,but,Desloratadine Citrate Disodium got effective faster,cure effect is better.
