循证护理在精神分裂症疑难病例查房中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对精神分裂症疑难病例实施护理查房的效果,提高护理工作和护理查房的质量。方法:选取在我院住院的精神分裂症患者,由病区的护士长组成本病区护理改善小组,分析挑选出病区护理难度较大的病例,由责任护士写疑难病例报告,邀请精神科专家实施护理查房。结果:对精神分裂症疑难病例实施护理查房,不仅使护理工作中的疑难问题得到解决,并且取得了较好的成果。结论:对精神分裂症疑难病例实施护理查房,让护理人员学习到新的护理知识,认识到护理查房的必要性及科学性,还有利于检查执行护理计划存在的各种问题。Objective： To schizophrenia analysis difficult case of implementation of care of patient rounds,improve nursing work and the quality of nursing patient rounds.Methods： The hospital in our hospital patients with schizophrenia,the head nurse in the ward） of the nursing improvement group,analysis,selected nursing difficult cases）,the responsible nurses difficult case report,written invitation psychiatric experts implementation of care rounds.Results： To schizophrenia difficult case of implementation of care,not only to make nursing patient rounds the knotty problem solved,and achieved good results.Conclusion： To schizophrenia difficult case where the implementation of care,let the nurses to learn new knowledge,understanding to care to nurse the necessity and scientific,patient rounds and favorable to check the implementation of care and plan of these existing problems.
