摘 要:目的:探究人性化护理模式在改善手术室护理水平方面的临床效果。方法:随机抽取2007年12月至2011年8月期间在我院接受手术治疗的患者608例,分为研究组和对照组:对照组292例,按常规护理模式进行护理;研究组316例,在常规护理基础上行人性化护理措施,比较两组患者对所接受的手术护理满意程度,并对两组手术护理质量做出评价。结果:研究组患者对护理的满意度及护理质量均高于对照组。两组之间差异显著具有统计学有意义(p<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理过程中实施人性化护理有助于手术室护理质量及患者满意度的提高,适合在医疗实践中广泛应用。Objective: To investigate the human operating room nursing care model to improve the level of clinical results.Methods: Random sample from December 2007 to August 2011 period in our hospital for surgical treatment of patients 608 cases,divided into study and control groups: control group,292 cases,according to the conventional model of care in nursing;study group 316 cases,up in the routine care-based care and humane measures to compare two groups of patients received surgery on the satisfaction with care,and two groups of surgical quality of care assessed.Results: The study group patient care and satisfaction and quality of care were higher.Significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p0.05).Conclusion: In the operating room during the implementation of humane nursing care and quality of care and contribute to the operating room to improve patient satisfaction,for wide application in medical practice.
