综合护理干预对胃癌化疗后心理和生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对胃癌患者化疗后心理和生存质量的影响。方法:2009年1月至2011年1月术后化疗的60例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理干预,分析两组患者化疗前后心理状况和生存质量的差异。结果:观察组与对照组治疗前的焦虑、抑郁和恐惧无明显差异,评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者焦虑、抑郁和恐惧均显著降低(P>0.05),观察组评分降低程度显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗前生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加的关注评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况和附加的关注评分均显著降低(P<0.05),功能状况评分显著升高(P>0.05),其中观察组生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加的关注评分改善程度显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可显著改善胃癌患者化疗的心理状况,提高生存质量。Objective： To study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on gastric cancer patient’s psychology and quality of life after Chemotherapy.Methods： 60 cases with gastric cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given common nursing care,while observation group were given comprehensive nursing care.The psychology and quality of life were compared.Results： Observation group and control group showed decreased scores of anxiety,despondency and funk,while observation group showed lower scores than control group（P0.05）.The physical well-being,emotional well-being and additional concerns between two group wasn’t statistics significant before nursing care（P0.05）,but the quality of life after care in observation group was better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care could significantly refine gastric cancer patient’s psychology and quality of Life.
