摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭护理干预对高血压患者血压的控制效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法:随机将80例行社区护理干预的高血压患者分为两组:对照组(40例)仅予以6个月常规性社区护理,试验组(40例)予以6个月家庭护理及常规性社区护理。结果:试验组患者干预后降压效果、患者满意度均优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论:家庭护理干预可有效促进高血压患者血压的降低,提高患者对护理的满意度,值得在社区护理中推广应用。Objective： To control the effect of family nursing intervention on blood pressure of hypertensive patients and patient satisfaction.Methods： 80 cases of hypertensive patients in routine community care interventions was divided into two groups： the control group（40 cases） was only given six months routine community care,and the experimental group（40 cases） was given six months of family nursing intervention and routine community care.Results： The antihypertensive effect and patient satisfaction of the experimental group after the intervention was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P≤ 0.05）.Conclusion： The family nursing intervention can be effective in promoting the reduction in blood pressure of hypertensive patients,improve patient satisfaction with care,worth promoting.
