自制简易肩垫在困难气管插管中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊科困难气管插管患者中使用简易自制抬高肩部装置(以下简称自制肩垫)辅助开放气道的可行性。方法:对比观察我院急诊科30例困难气管插管患者,15例应用自制简易肩垫辅助开放气道,15例采用肩部垫枕头的方法辅助开放气道,观察两组患者开放气道需要的时间及插管成功率,分析自制肩垫的应用可行性。结果:应用自制简易肩垫辅助插管组一次插管成功率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制简易肩垫在困难气管插管中可以帮助我们快速有效地暴露声门,节省人力,提高气管插管成功率。Objective：Difficult tracheal intubation in the emergency department patients use simple homemade drive up the shoulder device（hereinafter referred to as homemade shoulder pad） open the feasibility of auxiliary airway.Methods：Of 30 cases observed emergency difficult tracheal intubation,15 cases of patients with application homemade simple shoulder pad auxiliary open the airway,15 cases by the shoulder pads of the pillow method,open the airway auxiliary observation two groups of patients need time and open the airway successful intubation,analysis of the application feasibility homemade shoulder pad.Result：Applied homemade simple shoulder pad auxiliary intubation group a successful intubation compared with controls,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Self-made simple shoulder pad in difficult tracheal intubation can help us in the rapid and effective exposure,save manpower,improve the subglottic endotracheal intubation success rate.
