膀胱灌注异烟肼注射液辅助治疗膀胱结核近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察膀胱灌注异烟肼注射液治疗膀胱结核的疗效。方法:对膀胱结核的患者采用全身抗结核药物治疗的同时,膀胱灌注异烟肼注射液,每日1次,共4周。与对照组对比观察患者膀胱刺激症状、尿常规及膀胱镜下病变的变化。结果:治疗组膀胱刺激症状、尿常规及膀胱镜下病变的好转比率均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:膀胱灌注异烟肼注射液是治疗膀胱结核的有效办法,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe clinical effects of intravesical instillation isoniazid injection therapy in cystophthisis.Methods：On the base of antituberculous drug treatment,the patients of cystophthisis were treated by intravesical instillation isoniazid injection therapy.Once a day,total four weeks.Compare with the control group,observe the improve of bladder irritation symptoms and routine urine,the change of cystoscope lesions.Results：The study group has higher effective rate in improve of bladder irritation symptoms and routine urine and the change of cystoscope lesions than the control group,there is signicantly different between the two groups.Conclusion：Intravesical instillation isoniazid injection therapy has good curative effect in the treatment of cystophthisis,and it is worthwhile to be put into clinical practice.
